Nicholas C. Catsadimas is licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Illinois and has practiced law since the year 2000. Mr. Catsadimas concentrates his practice in the areas of consumer bankruptcy and criminal defense.
Mr. Catsadimas has formerly served as the Program Chairperson for the Paralegal Studies program at the Valparaiso Campus of Ivy Tech Community College and has taught courses in both bankruptcy and criminal law. He has also lectured on the subject of bankruptcy law at Valparaiso University School of Law. In addition, Mr. Catsadimas have previously served as a deputy public defender in Porter County, Indiana, and has represented clients in thousands of criminal and traffic proceedings.
Mr. Catsadimas is an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association and he also formerly served as the President for the Porter County Bar Association.
Mr. Catsadimas attended Valparaiso University where he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1994 and he received his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1999.
